Lynbrook is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 36 km south-east from Melbourne’s central business district. Its Local Government Area is the City of Casey. At the 2009 Census, Lynbrook had a population of 6490.

The suburb was developed by VicUrban, starting in 1994. When completed in 2009, Lynbrook will have 2,750 households, approximately 6,490 residents and a total area of 3.55 square kilometres.

Lynbrook Primary School opened in January 2005 with an initial enrolment of 175 students. A new Catholic primary school, St Francis de Sales Primary School, opened in 2010 on the corner of Aylmer Rd and Henning Ave.

The Lynbrook railway station on the Cranbourne line is to be built between 2011 and 2016. In the Royal Automobile Club Victoria magazine it was stated that funds had been set aside for the station being one of its priorities for the council as well.
