When one of Australia’s biggest building companies needed 32 properties supplied and fitted with flyscreens, security doors and fly screen doors here in Melbourne – guess who they chose … Yep, we have lots of work to do!
In a nutshell, we have been contracted to supply:
- Over 300 Flyscreens
- Over 100 Diamond Grille Security Doors (mix of hinged security doors and sliding security doors)
- Over 50 Sliding Flyscreen Doors
An order of this size takes lots of planning and co-ordination from so many different angles. We need to work with suppliers to organise materials in both the quantities and timeframes needed, we need to manage staff hours and rosters to ensure everything is built ontime and to our highest standards, and we need to work with builders to gain access for measuring and installation.
As a first step, our Project Manager went out to survey the properties and meet with the site Supervisors to gain an understanding of when these sites will be ready – here are some photos:
